Venezuela Decides is developing a training programme that prepares Venezuelan lawyers and political leaders in diplomacy and international negotiation. It focuses on the agreements that govern the country's natural resources. We want Venezuela's future negotiators to secure terms that genuinely benefit the country and its people, on firm legal ground and in the national interest.
