Venezuela Decides uses the information you share through the enquiry form to review your request and contact you about the initiative. For privacy enquiries, use the website form and select General enquiry. Include your request in the message field.

We collect your organisation, name, job title, email address, chosen area of interest and support option, optional message, submission date and a record of your consent. A hashed network identifier is stored to help prevent form abuse. Do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential case materials through this form.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your request, assess potential collaboration and keep a record of the enquiry. When you submit the form, we send an automatic acknowledgement with your reference number to the email address you provided. Your consent to being contacted is recorded with the submission. You can withdraw it at any time through the enquiry form. Submitting the form does not add you to a marketing mailing list.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in the website’s own database on a server operated for the initiative by DigitalOcean. Each enquiry is also sent by email to the initiative’s mailbox, which is hosted by Google Workspace, so that the team can respond. Hosting and email providers may process technical connection data to operate and secure their services. Enquiry records are accessible to the initiative’s team, not through a public directory. We do not publish your details as an endorsement.
Retention and your choices
We retain enquiry details while reviewing and managing the requested collaboration. Use the enquiry form to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw your enquiry. An enquiry may need to be retained where there is an applicable legal obligation. You may also raise concerns with the data protection authority relevant to you, including the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and external links
The website does not add advertising or analytics cookies. The hosting platform may use cookies for sign-in and access control. Links to source documents take you to external websites with their own privacy practices. Display preferences and form fields are not saved in your browser by this site.
